ABOUT

ABOUT

THE STORY

When Adriana created Wellness Blooms Therapy, she was inspired by the clients that she has had the privilege of working with. In particular, there is an impactful moment with a client that illustrates the mission behind Wellness Blooms Therapy, which is cultivating hope and healing. The client gifted Adriana a tiny plant that had previously been on the verge of dying. This client poured energy, dedication and compassion into the tiny sprout and did not give up hope despite the seemingly ‘hopeless’ circumstances. This story is much like their own story of triumph and growth that came out of what felt to them to be a ‘hopeless journey’ at times.

Throughout their years of experience as a mental health therapists, both Adriana and Sara have had the honor of seeing many clients cultivate hope and sprout new growth, even when it felt impossible to them. They have also been gifted by each of their clients the opportunity of new perspectives from their growth.

A blooming plant is a reminder that we are not made to survive alone. Instead, we are dependent on sources of nourishment in order flourish. As therapists, Adriana and Sara are dedicated to providing a therapeutic relationship with each client that fosters a nourishing environment so that you, too, can bloom.
